(I) CON UN COMPUESTO DE ENAMINA D.F. (II) EN ALCOHOLES INFERIORES DE C 1 A 4, Y ENTRE 40 Y 100JC, PARA OBTENER NIFEDIPINA Y B) GRANULAR A LA NIFEDIPINA Y A LA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA B-BLOQUEADORA CON AGENTES AUXILIARES Y EXCIPIENTES EN VIA HUMEDA. LOS AGENTES AUXILIARES SE ELIGEN ENTRE FECULAS DERIVADAS DE CELULOSA ESTEARATO DE CALCIO, PARAFINA O TALCO Y LA SUSTANCIA B-BLOQUEADORA SE ELIGE ENTRE ACEBUTOLOL, ATENOLOL Y NADALOL Y LOS EXCIPIENTES SE ELIGEN SO4CA O CO3CA.
