COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: PRIMERA, SE MEZCLA UNA POLIVINILPIRROLIDONA CON EL PRODUCTO DE CONDENSACION DE COLOFONIA CON ACIDO ACRILICO, EN FORMA DE SAL ALCALINA; SEGUNDA, SE DISUELVE LA MEZCLA FORMADA CON UN ETER DE CELULOSA SOLUBLE EN AGUA, HASTA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA O DISOLUCION VERDADERA; TERCERA, SE APLICA A LA PARED INTERNA DE UNA TRIPA CELULOSICA, POR INYECCION, LA MEZCLA HOMOGENEA PREPARADA; CUARTA, LA TRIPA TRATADA SE APLISA O FRUNCE; YPOR ULTIMO, SE SUMINISTRA A UNA MAQUINA EMBUTIDORA LA TRIPA PREPARADA Y SE LA ESTIRA EN UNA LONGITUD HASTA CIEN VECES SU LONGITUD EN ESTADO PLISADO.
