COMPRENDE: A) DISOLVER LA SAL SODICA DE LA HEPARINA EN AGUA; B) ADICIONAR LA SOLUCION A UNA MEZCLA HIDROALCOHOLICA PREVIAMENTE AJUSTADA A PH F 7,0 A 7,5 CON UNA BASE ORGANICA AMINADA, TALES COMO LAS N-ALQUILETANOLAMINAS, LAS N,N-DIALQUILETANOLAMINAS, LAS N-ALQUILDIETANOLAMINAS, O LAS MONO Y POLIETANOLAMINAS Y QUE CONTENGA COMO AGENTE ESPESANTE UN DERIVADO CARBOXIPOLIMETINELICO; C) REPOSAR LA MEZCLA, PREVIAMENTE HOMOGENEIZADA POR AGITACION, DURANTE 15 A 30 HORAS HASTA CONSEGUIR LA VISCOSIDAD PROPIA DEL GEL; Y D) DESAIREARLA POR SUCCION MEDIANTE UN VACIO DE 100 A 20 MM DE HG ANTES DE SU ADECUADO ENVASADO, ESTANDO COMPRENDIDA LA HEPARINA SODICA ENTRE LAS 400 Y LAS 1.200 UNIDADES INTERNACIONALES POR GRAMO, Y LA PROPORCION DEL AGENTE GELIFICANTE OSCILA ENTRE UN 1 Y UN 3% Y LA RELACION PONDERAL DE ALCOHOL ETILICO Y DE AGUA DESIONIZADA ESTA ENTRE 25:75 Y 35:65 RESPECTIVAMENTE.
