PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN UNGUENTO OLEOSO A BASE DE BUTIRATO-PROPIONATO DE HIDROCORTISONA. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE DISUELVE EL BUTIRATO-PROPIONATO DE HIDROCORTISONA EN EL PROPILENGLICOL SOLO O EN LA MEZCLA DE PROPILENGLICOL Y AGUA PURIFICADA, A UNA TEMPERATURA DE APROXIMADAMENTE 50 GRADOS; SEGUNDA, SE AÑADE LA SOLUCION RESULTANTE,UNA SOLUCION MIXTA FUNDIDA POR CALOR DEL AGENTE TENSIOACTIVO Y EL HIDROCARBURO PARAFINICO SUPERIOR; TERCERA, SE AGITA LA MEZCLA FORMADA Y SE LE AÑADE EL AGUA PURIFICADA NECESARIA; Y POR ULTIMO, SE ENFRIA LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE AL MISMO TIEMPO QUE SE AGITA A FONDO, HASTA QUE SE FORME UN UNGUENTO OLEOSO Y UNIFORME.
