Abstract
Cutaneous electrode for applying electric currents to human skin therapeutic or aesthetic purposes comprises a compsn. which can be applied directly to the skin and then solidifies in the manner of a plaster cast. The compsn. comprises (a) a powder binder capable of setting with water and (b) a conductive salt dissolved in the water. The electrode follows precisely the contours of the body and is capable of covering large areas without any break in contact.
