The bleach is made by adding sodium hypochlorite to water with stirring at 1500 rpm until complete soln. adding sodium carbonate with continued stirring until complete soln. stopping the agitation and he-ting the mixt. to around 20 deg. C adding perfume and leaving to cool with renewed stirring at 1500 rpm for the necessary time.
