CONSISTENT IN STRETCHING STEEL WITH LOW CARBON CONTENT THAT HAS A DOUBLE MICROSTRUCTURE CONSISTENT OF A STRONG PHASE DISPERSED IN A SOFT FERRITE MATRIX. THE STARTING STEEL HAS THE FOLLOWING COMPOSITION: 0.05 / 0.15 C; 1/3 YES; AND EVENTUALLY, 0.05 / 0.15 V. THIS STEEL IS THERMICALLY TREATED UNTIL THE INDICATED DOUBLE MICROSTRUCTURE IS REQUIRED AND THEN IT IS STRETCHED IN MULTIPLE PASSES, WITHOUT INTERMEDIATE ANNEALING, WITH A TOTAL REDUCTION OF SECTION OF UP TO 99.9, RESISTING AT THE USUAL TRACTION BETWEEN 827 MPA AND 2687 MPA, IT CAN BE EXCEEDED 2756 MPA.
