Abstract
PROCESO DE OBTENCION DE GAS NATURAL SINTETICO O GAS DE SINTESIS DE AMONIACO POR LA ELABORACION SUCESIVA Y CONJUNTA DE GAS DE HORNOS DE COQUE Y DE GAS DE TRAGANTE DE ALTOS HORNOS. LOS GASES DE HORNOS DE COQUE Y DE GAS DE TRAGANTE SE COMPRIMEN INDEPENDIENTEMENTE, SEGREGANDOSE DE ESTE ULTIMO MONOXIDO DE CARBONO MEDIANTE LAVADO, QUE SE AGREGA AL PRIMERO, AL QUE PREVIAMENTE SE HA SOMETIDO A UNA DESULFURACION. LA MEZCLA DE AMBOS SE SOMETE A UN METANIZADO OBTENIENDOSE GAS NATURAL SINTETICO. PARA LA OBTENCION DEL GAS DE SINTESIS DE AMONIACO SE EXTRAE HIDROGENO DEL GAS DE HORNO DE COQUE ANTES DE AGREGARLE EL MONOXIDO DE CARBONO DEL GAS DE TRAGANTE, DEL QUE SE HA EXTRAIDO NITROGENO QUE SE REUNE CON EL HIDROGENO PARA FORMAR UN GAS DE SINTESIS DE AMONIACO. EL GAS DE HORNO DE COQUE, ENRIQUECIDO DESPUES DE EXTRAIDO EL HIDROGENO SE COMPRIME COMO GAS RICO Y SE TRATA CON EL MONOXIDO DE CARBONO, TAMBIEN COMPRIMIDO, PARA TRANSFORMAR LA MEZCLA DE AMBOS MEDIANTE UNA METANIZACION DE LECHO TURBULENTO GAS NATURALSINTETICO.
