PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE ELECTRODEPOSITOS DE NIQUEL O ALEACIONES DE NIQUEL. CONSISTENTE EN HACER PASAR LA CORRIENTMO, COBRE, ANTIMONIO Y NIQUEL. CONE DESDE EL ANODO HASTA UN CATODO A TRAVES DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA ACIDA QUE CONTIENE UN COMPUESTO DE NIQUEL COMO MINIMO, SACARINA E IONES DE CINC, EN PRESENCIA DE UN COMPUESTO ACETILENICO SULFONADO O SUS SALES, EN EL QUE EL ENLACE ACETILENICO Y DEL RADICAL SULFONADO SE CONECTAN POR UNA CADENA CARBONADA DE COMO MINIMO UN ATOMO DE CARBONO, Y NO MAS DE 6 ATOMOS DE CARBONO. LAS CONCENTRACIONES DE LOS CITADOS COMPUESTOS SON 0,2 A 10 G/LITRO DE SACARINA, 20 A 500 PPM DE IONES CINC Y 0,01 A 1,0 G/LITRO DE ACETILENICOS SULFONADOS O SUS SALES. LA TEMPERATURA DEL BAÑO PUEDE VARIAR DESDE UNOS 40 HASTA UNOS 70 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS, Y LA DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE DE CATODO MEDIA PUEDE VARIAR DE 0,5 HASTA 12 AMPERIOS/DM2.
