CONSTA DE UN DEPOSITO CERADO, SOPORTADO POR EL FONDO MARINO, CUYO DEPOSITO CONTIENE UNA CAPA DE PETROLEO QUE FLOTA SOBR AGUA, UNA ESTRUCTURA QUE SE EXTIENDE HACIA ARRIBA DESDE EL DEPOSITO POR ENCIMA DEL NIVEL DEL MAR; UNA TUBERIA PARA PETROLEO QUE COMUNICA LA CAPA DE PETROLEO CON UN PUNTO SITUADO FUER A DE LA SUPERFICIE; UNA TUBERIA ESTALICA SOPOERTADA POR DICHA ESTRUCTURA QUE COMUNICA LA CAPA DE AGUA CON UN PUNTO SITUADO ENCIMA DEL DEPOSITO, Y UNA ENVOLVENTE PARA CONTENER PETROLEO Y QUE ES SOPORTADA SOBRE DICHA ESTRUCTURA DIRIGIDA HACIA ARRIBA.
