Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE CRISTALES DE BICARBONATO DE SODIO. CONSISTE EN TRATAR UNA SALMUERA MONIACAL CARBONATADA CON UN GAS QUE CONTIENE ANHIDRIDO CARBONICO EN UNA CAMARA DE CRISTALIZACION EN PRESENCIA DE CRISTALES DE BIACARBONATO DE SODIO. SIMULTANEAMENTE SE RETIRA UNA CORRIENTE DE SALMUERA AMONIACAL DE LA CAMARA, SE ENFRIA Y SE RECIRCULA CONTROLANDOSE EL CAUDAL DE FORMA QUE DISMINUYA PROGRESIVAMENTE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA SALMUERA AMONIACAL. ANTES DE ENFRIAR LA SALMUERA AMONIACAL SE SOMETE A UNA DESGASIFICACION Y SE DESSOBRESATURA EN BICARBONATO DE SODIO, LA TEMPERATURA DE LA SALMUERA PASA DE 40-70 A 15-30C. CADA FRACCION DE LA CORRIENTE DE SALMUERA AMONIACAL SE RECIRCULA EN SU ZONA DE LA CAMARA.
