PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE 5-AMINO-(O,4''-BIPIRIDIN)-6(1H)-ONA-1''-OXIDO. SE HACE REACCIONAR A TEMPERATURA DE 75-120 C 5-ACETILAMINO-(3,4''-BIPIRIDIN)-6-(1H)-ONA, CON ACIDO PARACETICO EN ACIDO ACETICO. EL 1''-OXIDO DE 5-ACETILAMINO-(3-4''-BIPIRIN)-6(1H)-ONA OBTENIDO SE HIDROLIZA POR CALENTAMIENTO A 90-100 C EN ACIDO CLORHIDRICO ACUOSO. OPCIONALMENTE, SE PREPARA LA SAL DE ADICION DE ACIDO, DISOLVIENDO EL PRODUCTO FINAL DE LA REACCION, EN FORMA DE BASE LIBRE, EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA O ACUOSO-ALCOHOLICA CONTENIENDO EL ACIDO ADECUADO. SE AISLA LA SAL EVAPORANDO LA SOLUCION. DE APLICACION COMO AGENTE CARDIOTONICO.
