PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE DERIVADOS DE 3-AMINOPROPOXIARILO DE FORMULA (I), O UN DERIVADO HIDROLIZABLE Y FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLE, QUE TIENE ESTERIFICADO EL GRUPO HIDROXI EN LA POSICION 2 DE LA CADENA LATERAL 3-AMINOPROPOXI; FORMULA EN LA QUE R1 ES HIDROGENO O METILO Y R Y R2 PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES. SE BASA EN LA REACCION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA R-H, EN LAS QUE R, R1 Y R2 TIENEN LOS MISMOS SIGNIFICADOS QUE EN LA FORMULA (I), Y RX ES UN GRUPO QUE PUEDE REACCIONAR CON UNA AMINA PRIMARIA O SECUNDARIA PARA PRODUCIR UN GRUPO 2-AMINO-1-HIDROXIETILO.
