PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA CONVERSION CATALITICA DE MATERIA PRIMA HIDROCARBONADA MEDIANTE UN SISTEMA DE REACCION DE ETAPAS MULTIPLES. SE MEZCLA HIDROGENO Y LA MATERIA PRIMA HIDROCARBONADA SEGUN UNA RELACION MOLAR HIDROGENO/HIDROCARBURO COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,5:1 Y 10:1, A CONTINUACION SE CALIENTA LA MEZCA Y SE TRATA CONSECUTIVAMENTE A TRAVES DE UNA PLURALIDAD DE ZONAS EN LAS QUE TIENEN LUGAR REACCIONES CATALITICAS. EL PRODUCTO DE LA REACCION DE CADA ZONA ES CALENTADO ANTES DE SER INTRODUCIDO EN LA ETAPA SIGUIENTE, Y EN EL CASO DE LA ULTIMA ETAPA ES RECUPERADO. LAS PARTICULAS DE CATALIZADOR SE DEPLAZAN A LO LARGO DE CADA ZONA DE REACCION SEGUN UN FLUJO GRAVITATORIO Y, AL MENOS PERIODICAMENTE, DEBEN SER RETIRADAS DE LA ULTIMA ETAPA Y APORTADAS EN LA PRIMERA.
