Abstract

The stability of preparations which contain the zinc salt of 2-mercaptopyridine-N-oxide is improved by the use of non-ionic suspensions of this active compound. These non-ionic suspensions cannot be prepared with the aid of the non-ionic surfactants customarily used, but with the aid of non-ionic water-soluble cellulose derivatives.
