Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un contraceptivo de aplicación vaginal a base de una materia activa espermicida, una mezcla de substancias que con la absorción de agua desarrolla anhídrido carbónico y un fundamento soluble en agua y fundente a la temperatura del ambiente, caracterizado porque se funde, con ligero calentamiento, un polietilenglicol o mezcla de polietilenglicoles, se adiciona a la fusión, mientras se agita, un ácido mono- o poli-carboxílico con 2 a 6 átomo de C, anhidro, sólido y soluble en agua, un hidrocarbonato de metal alcalino, pulverizado y una amida de ácido n- (hidroxietil-polioxietil)- carboxílico de la fórmula RCONH-(CH2CH2O)n-H en la que R significa un radical alquílico o alquenílico con 5 a 19 átomo de C y n es un número por valor de 3 a 20, efectuándose la agitación hasta la homogeneización del conjunto.
