Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de perfiles con un límite de etirado de >= 500N/mm2, una resistencia a la tracción de >= 600 N/mm2 y elevada tanacidad, a partir de banda o chapa de acero laminada en caliente, caracterizado por la combinación de las siguientes etapas: a) la banda o fleje de acero consistente en un acero de grano fino endurecible por segregación se envejece artificialmente desde el calor de lamina, después de la última pasada, desde una temperatura de laminación final por encima de la temperatura A1 hasta una temperatura de unos 400º t a continuación se enfría a temperatura ambiente; b) la banda o chapa de acero se trabaja en frío para obtener un perfil abierto; c) el perfil se somete a un reconocido de solución para disolver las segregaciones gruesas y a continuación se enfríe para la formación de segregaciones finamente distribuidas (carburos, nitruros, carbonitruros).
