Abstract

Procedimiento para la deslignificación de material lignocelulósico, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (1) impregnar el material lignocelulósico en forma subdividida con un licor de pulpación alcalino que contiene de 0,001 a 10% en peso, basado en el material lignocelulósico, de un compuesto ceto cíclico elegido entre naftoquinona, antraquinona, antrona, fenantranquinona, los derivados alquilo, alcoxi y amino de estos compuestos, 6,11-dioxo-1H- antra[1,2-c]pirazol, antraquinona-1,2-naftacridona, 7,12- dioxo-7,12-dihidroantra[1,2-b]pirazina, 1,2-benzantraquinona, 10-metilenantrona y los aductos Diels Alder insustituidos y alquilo inferior-sustituidos de naftoquinona y benzoquinona; (2) separar cualquier exceso de licor del material impregnado; y (3) someter a cocción el material impregnado por calentamiento a una temperatura del orden de 150 a 200ºC durante un periodo de 0,5 a 480 minutos.
