Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de resinas melamino-fenol- aldehídicas fundamentalmente blancas y resistentes al amarilleo, esencialmente por policondensación de melamina, insubstituida o alquil-substituida, con fenoles monovalentes o polivalentes, insubstituidos o alquilsubstituidos, y un aldehído, en medio de reacción básico acuoso con pH entre 8 y 11, caracterizado porque se trata la citada masa reaccional de policondensación entre la melamina, los fenoles monovalentes o polivalentes y el aldehído, o la resina seca aislada, con una o varios fosfatos o boratos amónicos o alcalinos solubles en agua, en cantidad de 0,05% en peso, a lo menos, respecto a la masa reaccional o respectivamente, respecto a la resina seca, y luego se aisla por deshidratación a temperatura de 70ºC por lo menos la resina formada o, respectivamente, se calienta a 70ºC por lo menos la resina seca.
