Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de material de grano fino con gases calientes, en especial para calcinar cemento en varias etapas, para lo cual el material es calentado previamente en un intercambiador de calor, se somete bajo alimentación de combustible a un proceso separado de calcinación para la desacidificación de la parte de carbonato de calcio, y se termina de calcinar en un horno de calcinación por medio de un proceso de sinterización, agregándose el combustible de tal modo, que los componentes y/o partes del combustible que se oxidan rápidamente, ceden en una primera etapa del proceso separado de calcinación su capacidad térmica de manera completamente, en especial a la parte fina de la harina cruda de cemento, y en una segunda etapa del proceso separado de calcinación, los componentes y/o partes del combustible que se oxidan lentamente son cargados en el horno de calcinación con la harina cruda de cemento desacidificada al menos parcialmente.
