Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de envases reforzados, de material termoplástico del tipo en que, cuando la temperatura de fusión es bajada rápidamente se constituye a temperatura normal un material estable, amorfo que se puede orientar por ejemplo por estirado biaxial, y que empieza a cristalizar cuando se calienta por encima de una determinada temperatura, siendo conformado dicho envase a partir de una pieza en bruto compuesta de material predominantemente amorfo, fabricándose el envase mediante un proceso de soplado con estirado biaxial a una temperatura superior a la de transición a estado cristalino y quedando dotado el envase de nervios internos de refuerzo, caracterizado porque el material de los nervios de refuerzo posee mayor densidad y/o mayor grado de cristalización que el material que rodea a los mencionados nervios de refuerzo.
