Abstract

Dispositivo de aprieto que incluye dos zonas de aprieto separadas, especialmente para la unión de dos tubuladuras de escape por encaje de una parte hembra ensanchada y hendida en un aparte de su longitud, sobre una parte macho de diámetro inferior, caracterizado porque incluye dos zonas distintas destinadas a disociar las funciones de aprieto y de estanquidad, estando asegurado el priete al nivel de las hendiduras de la parte ensanchada de la tubuladura hembra, por medio de una primera zona que reparte regularmente el esfuerzo de aprieto sobre toda la periferia subyacente de la tubuladura hembra, generando una presión insuficiente para deformarla sensiblemente, mientras que la estanquidad es producida por la segunda zona del dispositivo de aprieto, ejerciendo una presión superior a la precedente sobre la parte ensanchada de la tubuladura hembra que no tiene hendidura, y la deforma sobre toda su periferia hasta que esté asegurado un contacto estrecho con la parte subyacentes correspondientedel elemento de tubuladura macho.
