Abstract

Un procedimiento de preparación de una composición de pintura en polvo que da un revestimiento reticulado de superficie no brillante, caracterizado porque se mezclan por fusión un aglutinante que comprende por lo menos dos resinas saturadas reticulables y un agente de reticulación de dichas resinas, presentando el sistema de agente de reticulación /resina más reactiva, en una proporción en peso de agente de reticulación/resina tal que hay equilibrio estequiométrico de las funciones reactivas, por medida en el espectrómetro mecánico, una curva del módulo elástico en función del tiempo cuya pendiente de la fracción rectilínea está comprendida entre 0.5X10 elevado a 5 y 10 elevado a 6 dinas/cm cuadrado/minuto, y presentando el sistema de agente de reticulación/resina menos reactiva, en una proporción en peso de agente de reticulación/resina tal que la proporción de las funciones reactivas del agente de reticulación respecto a las de la resina está comprendida entre 1,5 y 4 veces la proporciónestequiométrica, por medida en el espectrómetro mecánico, una curva del módulo elástico en función del tiempo cuya pendiente de la fracción rectilínea está comprendida entre 10 elevado a 3 y 10 elevado a 4 dinas/cm2/minuto, de preferencia entre 10 elevado a 3 y 6 X 10 elevado a tres dinas /cm cuadrado/minuto, conjuntamente con coadyuvante para pintura, a una temperatura inferior a 120ºC, de preferencia inferior a 100ºC y porque después se enfría se tritura y se tamiza la mezcla obtenida.
