Abstract

A continuous skin fleshing machine comprises a cylinder (2) with rotating blades which works upon the second part of the skin which descends from the conveyor belt (1), pushed by the "cushion" 4 and by the mobile presser roller (5) and drawn by the draft roller (3), until it arrives beneath the rotating bladed cylinder (6), which works on the first part of the skin not subjected to the action of the rotating bladed cylinder (2), while it rises again, under the action of the "cushion" (9) and of the draft roller (7), also of the presser roller (8), so that it can be pushed by the mobile guide device (11) on to the conveyor belt (10) which carries it to the subsequent operations.
