Abstract

Tool combined with tool-holder for making collars (T1) on pipings (T) or plane surfaces, comprising mounted upon a body (1) a drilling means for the tube (T) and an upsetting means for the periphery of said pre-established hole, for the formation of a collar (T1), characterized in that said tool carries coaxially to one of the ends thereof the drilling means (2) of the tube (T) and at the other end thereof a bent finger (1**1) for the upsetting, together with driving symmetrical positioning means such as peripheral grooves (1**2) with projecting finger (3) for the rotational and sliding drive of the tool in order to perform on the one hand the drilling operation and on the other hand the upsetting operation, for the formation of the collar after overturning .
