Abstract

Un procedimiento continuo para sintetizar cloruro de vinilo monómero caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: a) alimentación de etileno, una fuente de oxígeno y una fuente de cloro a un reactor primario, que ha sido cargado con un catalizador que contiene desde 0,01 aproximadamente, hasta 6% aproximadamente, en peso de una sal de un metal seleccionado del grupo formado, por rodio y platino, desde 0,01% aproximadamente , hasta 15% aproximadamente, de una sal de un metal seleccionado del grupo formado por hierro y cobre y desde 1,0% aproximadamente hasta 25% aproximadamente , de una sal de zinc, impregnado en un soporte seleccionado del grupo formado por alúmina, titania, circona, sílice y sílice alúmina, expresando dichos porcentajes el contenido metálico de cada componente en función del peso total de catalizador. B) oxihidrocloración de dicho etileno a DCE y pirolización "in situ" sustancialmente simultánea de dicho DCE a CVM y cloruro de hidrógeno. C) separación de dicho CVMde la mezcla de materialización gaseosos de partida, de productos finales y de subproductos. D) dicha reacción se realiza a una presión desde =, aproximadamente , hasta 10,557 Kg/cm2, aproximadamente, durante un tiempo de contacto desde 2, aproximadamente, hasta 60 segundos, aproximadamente, y a una temperatura desde 325º aproximadamente , hasta 450ºC, aproximadamente, dicha temperatura se mantiene sustancialmente sin necesidad de aportaciones independientes de energía calorífica que no sean las requeridas por la puesta en marcha inicial de dicho proceso continuo y/o parcialmente de los reactivos.
