Abstract
Un procedimiento para la recuperación de manganeso de una solución acuosa ácida, que comprende las siguientes operaciones: (a) introducir en la solución ácido peroximonosulfúrico; (b) introducir en la solución un agente neutralizante y (c) separar después de la solución la sal de manganeso precipitada, cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza porque en la operación (a) el ácido peroximonosulfúrico se introduce en una multiplicidad de etapas y porque en la operación (b) el agente neutralizante se introduce en una o más etapas en una cantidad total del 100 al 133% de la cantidad estequimétrica necesaria para neutralizar a la totalidad del ácido peroximonosulfúrico introducido en la operación (a).
