Abstract
Procedimiento para el bobinado de hilos recién hilados y/o estirados con velocidad sustancialmente constante, sirviendo como magnitud de regulación para influir sobre la velocidad de bobinado la desviación instantánea de la velocidad de bobinado del hilo respecto del valor nominal de esta velocidad, caracterizado porque se perciben el número de revoluciones de bobinado y el radio eficaz instantáneo del paquete, por separado pero simultáneamente, se convierten en señales eléctricas analógicas de la misma clase para ambas magnitudes y se multiplican entre sí para hallar la velocidad de bobinado instantánea, tras lo cual la desviación del producto obtenido respecto de la magnitud nominal se alimenta a un circuito de regulación para influir sobre el número de revoluciones de bobinado y, antes o después de la alimentación, se modifica de modo que el número instantáneo efectivo de revoluciones de bobinado, aumentando constantemente desde el comienzo al final del bobinado, sea mayor que el valor correspondiente al valor inicial de la velocidad de incidencia del hilo.
