Abstract

Nuevos ácidos alfa-fluormetil-alfa-aminoalcanoicos sustituidos y sus ésteres. Una realización de está invención son los compuestos de fórmula **(Fórmula)** donde R es un grupo alquilo C1-C4 sustituido y R1 es H o alquilo C1-C18. También están incluidas las sales de adición de ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables de los compuestos de fórmula I. En general, las sales son las de la base de fórmula I con un ácido orgánico o inorgánico adecuado. Las sales de ácidos inorgánicos preferidas son los hidrohaluros, v.g. hidrocloruros, hidroyoduros, e hidrobromuros; los sulfatos y los fosfatos. Son más preferidos los hidrohaluros y especialmente los hidrocloruros.
