Abstract
Improvements in aerosol interface devices, particularly suitable for respiratory therapeutic applications, characterized in that each device is provided with a box that defines a fluid receiving box in open communication with the atmosphere, an admission device that works in association with the box for allow continuous feeding to the chamber of an aerosol fluid flow to obtain an accumulation of the aerosol fluid therein to be inhaled by a patient using the aerosol interface, a breathing transmission device operating in association with the box and has a conduit passing through it, whose conduit is defined by an interior opening at one end in communication with the chamber and extending above the intake device and an outer opening at its other end with an upper and lower surface extending intermediate to the ends, the opening being intended to establish communication with the breathing of a patient using the aerosol interface for inhalation through the aerosol fluid passage in the chamber and exhalation of exhaled fluid by the patient into the duct, an associated functioning output device with the box in open communication with the camera and with the atmosphere, whose output device comprises a channel to allow the establishment of a flow path for the fluid expired by the patient so that it escapes into the atmosphere, and a regulating device flow defined at one end of the intermediate chamber to the transmission device and to the output device to make virtually all the flow expired during exhalation from the interior opening of the conduit flow in open communication to the atmosphere through the channel of the device exit without flowing into the interior of the chamber.
