Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de endurecedores para masillas de vidrio soluble, caracterizado porque en una primera etapa de procedimiento, para la preparación del componente A ¿ que consta de un polifosfato de aluminio de cadena corta con una longitud de cadena de 3 a 6, correspondiente a un contenido de agua de 6 a 4% en peso -, se tratan térmicamente soluciones o suspensiones ácidas de ortofosfato de aluminio o mezclas de ácido polifosfórico e hidróxido de aluminio con una proporción molar de P2O5 : Al2O3 de por lo menos 1,5 : 1 a temperaturas entre 200 y 350ºC hasta tanto que se haya formado un producto con una longitud de cadena de 3 a 6, correspondiente a un contenido de agua de 6 a 4% en peso (componente A), porque para la preparación del componente B ¿ que consta de un polifosfato de aluminio de cadena larga con una longitud de cadena mayor que 40, correspondiente a un contenido de agua menor de 0,5% en peso -, se atempera una parte de este producto en una segunda etapa de procedimiento a temperaturas de 400 a 600ºC hasta tanto que haya formado un producto con una longitud de cadena mayor de 40, correspondiente a un contenido de agua menor de 0,5% en peso, y porque se mezclan entre sí los productos de las dos etapas de procedimiento.
