Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos compuestos antibióticos de fortimicina D y KE. Se producen nuevos compuestos antibióticos factores D y KE de la fortimicina, por fermentación de microorganismos pertenecientes al género Micromonospora. Los compuestos antibióticos se acumulan en el líquido de cultivo y son aislados del mismo. Se describe también un método semisintético de producción de fortimicina KE, utilizando fortimicina D.
