Abstract
Estimulador cardíaco de acoplamiento electromagnético, esencialmente caracterizado porque la salida del mismo se acopla al catéter a través de los arrollamientos primario y secundario de un transformador; con la particularidad de que el circuito del oscilador está constituido por un multivibrador astable cuyo período de oscilación está determinado por un circuito RC exterior, utilizándose un circuito de división por dos, para mantener la capacidad lo más pequeña posible, de tal forma que la onda cuadrada que sale del multivibrador es diferenciada por un circuito RC con una constante de tiempo, al 63,2% del voltaje de pico, de 0,47 m.seg.; cuya onda diferenciada presenta una parte negativa que se elimina mediante un transistor de salida IC-MOS tipo "enhancement" de canal N; habiéndose previsto que la saturación de tal transistor se produzca a unos 2 voltios en puerta.
