Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de isómeros de diisocianatodifenilmetano con un contenido graduado de compuestos de cloro mediante separación destilativa de isómeros de diisocianatodifenilmetano de una mezcla de poliisocianato de la serie difenilmetano, obtenida por fosgenación de condensados de anilina-formaldehido, en una etapa de destilación 1 y ulterior purificación destilativa de la fracción I así obtenida, caracterizado porque la fracción I se destila en una columna de destilación 2 bajo una proporción de reflujo de 0,1 ¿ 10, extrayéndose un 0,5 hasta 10% en peso de la cantidad total de la fracción I introducida en la columna 2 como producto de pie de la columna, a continuación la fracción II obtenida como producto de cabeza de la columna 2 se libera en una etapa de destilación dispuesta a continuación de las impurezas fácilmente volátiles y, en caso dado, simultáneamente del 2,4¿-diisocianatodifenilmetano, y el producto de pie de la columna aquí obtenido se elabora en forma en si conocida a 4,4¿-diisocianatodifenilmetano purificado y, en caso dado, 2,4¿-diisocianatodifenilmetano.
