Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de una dispersión acuosa de fibras de colágeno que consiste en remojar el material colaginoso en una solución acuosa que contiene 0,3-1,ON de NaOH, 10-25 % en peso de Na2SO4 y 0,05-0,3M de un compuesto amínico, a una temperatura de 15 a 25ºC, durante 5 horas a 10 días; lavar con agua para eliminar las sales del material remojado; moler mecánicamente el material en un medio acuoso a un pH de 3,5 a 9,5 y a temperaturas inferiores a 25ºC para obtener haces de fibras de colágeno.
