Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de benzamidas disustituidas en las posiciones 2 y 5, que responden a la fórmula general siguiente: **(Fórmula)** en la cual: R es un grupo alcohilo (que posee de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono) o alilo, N=R1-R2 piperazino, bencilpiperazino, piperonilpiperazino, dimetilaminoetilamino, dietilaminoetilamino, pirrolidinil-1 sustituido-metilamino, morfolino o piperidino, R'' es un grupo alcohilo que posee de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, fenilo o fenilo sustituido, alfa-aminometilo o acrílico, Y es un átomo de oxígeno, un grupo oxima, éter de oxima, éster de oxima o imina, caracterizado porque se prepara una benzamida (I), en la que Y es un átomo de oxígeno, a partir de un cloruro de ácido intermedio (II), que se hace reaccionar con una amina apropiada (III) según la reacción siguiente.
