Abstract
Procedure for the preparation of improved insecticidal compounds based on thiophosphates and an activator, of general formula: **(See formula)** wherein R is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, i-propyl and i-butyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of phenyl, substituted phenyl wherein said substituents are selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, i-propyl, i-butyl, methoxy, ethoxy and dimethylamino; phenylalkyl and substituted fenalkyl in which the substituents are selected from the group consisting of chlorine, methyl, i-propyl and methoxy, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: first reacting an appropriate phenol or phenyl alkyl with certain haloalkyl phosphorous derivatives; the product from the first stage is then extracted and isolated and purified; and finally the activator obtained is added by addition with the insecticidal compound, based on thiophosphate in a ratio between 1: 0.1 and 1:10, parts of insecticidal compound being understood as parts of activating compound.
