Abstract
Procedure for obtaining pharmaceutical compositions with improved whole resorption properties, which, in the form of aggregates with a diameter of maximum 20,000 Å, comprise a component a) containing at least one pharmaceutically acceptable active agent, such as a derivative of lysergic acid or a derivative of dopamine, and a component b) containing at least one pharmaceutically acceptable emulsifier, such as a non-tenside ionogenic or an alkali metal dialkyl sulfosuccinate; component b) having an average NHL value of 10 to 30 and associating in an amount of more than 10 times greater by weight than that of component a), conveniently formulating at least one additional pharmaceutical support in the aggregate and/or portion that it is not part of the aggregate; characterized in that it comprises dissolving said active agents, with slight heating, in said tensides, optionally in the presence of liquid support materials; and then dilute with more liquid support materials while homogenizing the combination with ultrasonic waves or high-speed stirrers, to cause a physico-chemical reaction among the participants in the process and thereby form the liquid pharmaceutical composition, after which, and optionally, the liquid support material is separated to form a solid pharmaceutical composition.
