Abstract
Subscriber selector device for a cable television distribution network in which television input channels are frequency multiplexed, comprising an input separating step connected to said network, a local oscillating step connected to said input separating step, a mixer step connected to the input separator step and the oscillator step, and means for selecting the frequency-transposed television output channels, characterized in that said oscillator step comprises, at least, two voltage-controlled oscillators, the pulsations of which constitute the local transposition wave, and because the output channel selection means comprise a transcoder, which converts each decimal digit expressing the number of an output channel into a voltage coded "l by n", respectively being applied the aforementioned coded voltages relative to the different decimal places to the voltage-controlled oscillators.
