Procedure for obtaining heterocyclic compounds, based on N-acylated piperazine or homopipersizine of general formula (I) **(See formula)** wherein R1, R2 and/or R3 signify hydrogen atoms, lower or higher alkyl groups, halogen atoms and/or lower alkoxy groups, or R1 and R2 signify hydrogen atoms and R3 signifies an m-trifluoromethyl group, R4 is a valence bond, a methylene group, ethylidene or an ethylene group, n represents the number 1 or 2, R5 means a lower or higher alkyl group, an allyl or propargyl group, or a group of general formula (II) **(See formula)** where R6 and/or R7 signify hydrogen atoms, lower or higher alkyl or alkoxy groups and/or halogen atoms or R6 signifies a hydrogen atom and R7 can be an m-trifluoromethyl group and R8 signifies a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, as well as its addition salts with quaternary ammonium acids and derivatives, pharmaceutically or therapeutically compatible, characterized in that a piperazine or homopiperazine derivative of general formula (III) **(See formula)** it is reacted with an acid derivative capable of N-acylation of the general formula (IV) **(See formula)** where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and n have the meaning defined above and R9 means a halogen atom or a lower alkoxy group, or a piperazine derivative or N-acylated homopiperazine of general formula (V) **(See formula)** N-acylated at the secondary nitrogen atom, with R1, R2, R3, R4 and n having the meaning defined above, either a piperazine derivative or N-acylated homopiperazine of general formula (V) is reacted with a halogenoacetyl derivative of general formula (VI) **(See formula)** where R6, R7 and R8 have the above defined meaning and R10 means a halogen atom.
