Abstract
Improvements in devices to reduce the harmful parts of the exhaust gas emission of internal combustion engines, by means of a regulation device that presents an integral behavior to influence the mass ratios of the fuel-air mixture fed to the internal combustion engine (regulation - λ), the regulating device being governed by an exhaust gas measurement probe arranged in the exhaust gas stream of the internal combustion engine, characterized in that the regulating device has a bridge connection that serves for comparison theoretical value actual value, to whose first bridge branch the output signal of the exhaust gas measurement probe is fed (actual value) and to which second bridge branch a reference signal (theoretical value) is fed, and why the bridge diagonal is connected to an inverting and a non-inverting input of an op amp which forms an output signal corresponding to the regulation deviation.
