Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en filtros electromágneticos para limpiar de óxidos de hierro el agua de alimentación para calderas de plantas termoeléctrica, del tipo de filtros en el que el deposito de filtración, en lo esencial cilíndrico, contiene un lecho de filtración de bolas de acero magnéticas y está rodeado por una bobina excitadora, situándose la intensidad de campo generada por la bobina excitadora considerablemente por encima de la intensidad de campo de saturación de las bolas de acero, caracterizados porque la bobina, que sirve para la excitación del campo magnético, está rodeada, bajo la formación de entrehierros para el paso de aire refrigerante u otros medios refrigerantes entre las distintas espiras, de una camisa de hierro o acero, de modo que por una parte se forman aberturas suficientes para la entrada y la salida del flujo del medio refrigerante, pero que por otra parte se apantalla ampliamente el campo de dispersión magnético de la bobina concentrándolos en el interior de la camisa
