A container for the transport of bulk material comprising a generally rectangular inner liner having a valve opening formed in the lower edge of one of its sides, a generally rectangular outer envelope surrounding said inner lining, a flap articulated to the inner lining, bottom edge of one side of said outer shell and disposed in generally aligned relationship with said valve opening, a lower tray having vertical side and end walls, said side and end walls being between said outer shell and said inner shell, a device valve mounted between said side and end walls and said inner liner, said valve device including an articulated valve panel aligned with said valve opening and closing it when in the closed position, said valve panel movable outward and upwardly up to an open position that p it emanates the flow of the contents from said inner lining to the outside of said container, and a cover having hanging side walls surrounding the upper end of said outer envelope.
