ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA:STATE OF THE ART:
En los incendios forestales se utilizan helicópteros y aviones que esparcen agua desde el aire. Se recurre algunas veces a mezclar con el agua retardantes que son productos químicos ignífugos. Se compone de una plataforma realizada por varios depósitos, cada uno de ellos destinado a contener un líquido o producto según necesidades del operativo. Así el depósito de combustible DC, para el funcionamiento de los turborreactores. El depósito de agua DA, para la refrigeración de los gases como de la Máquina en general si fuera necesario. Y el depósito de sólidos pulverizados DS, destinado a elementos ignífugos y en su defecto, a aumentar más la cantidad de agua. Los turborreactores TBR deben ir colocados de forma tangencial a la plataforma y con la salida de gases en vertical en dirección al suelo.
