Abstract

1. Un traje protector que comprende al menos dos partes que están unidas entre sí mediante una primera parte de manguito en una zona que solapa una segunda parte de manguito en la otra zona, caracterizado porque cada parte del vestido o traje tiene una superficie externa formada de material de membrana PTFE microporoso que se extiende alrededor del interior de la parte de manguito de manera que el contacto de PTFE con PTFE se efectúa en el solape para proporcionar una junta exenta de gargantas o espacios de separación entre dichas dos partes del traje para permitir solamente el paso de gas o vapor de agua a través de las mismas. 2. Un traje según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el material de membrana de PTFE está estratificado con un material elastómero que asegura el contacto hermético entre el material de membrana de PTFE y las partes primeras y segunda del manguito. 3. Un traje según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicha primera parte es un guante y dicha segunda parte es la manga de una chaqueta. 4. Un traje protector.
