Abstract

1. Tubo distribuidor flexible, del tipo que tiene una configuración generalmente cilíndrica constituida por una estructura laminar de capas múltiples, caracterizado porque dicha estructura está constituida por: a) una primera capa térmicamente sellable sobre una de las superficies exteriores; b) una primera capa adhesiva; c) una capa de hoja metálica; d) una segunda capa adhesiva; e) una primera capa de polietileno o de copolímero de etileno; f) una segunda capa de polietileno o de copolímero de etileno; g) una primera imprimación; h) una capa de polímero orientado seleccionado del grupo consistente en polipropileno, polietileno, polietileno de alta densidad, copolímero de etileno, mezclas de polietileno/polipropileno, nylon y poliéster, que tiene una relación de orientación de 2/1 a 6/1 aproximadamente; i) una tercera capa adhesiva; y j) una segunda capa térmicamente sellable sobre la segunda de las superficies exteriores, teniendo una costura de solape entre las citadas capas termosellables primera y segunda. 2. Tubo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado poque el polímero orientado está uniaxialmente orientado en la dirección de la máquina. 3. Tubo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el polímero de orientación está uniaxialmente orientado en la dirección transversal de la máquina. 4. Tubo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la relación de orientación del polímero orientado es de 3/1 a 5/1 aproximadamente, o bien 4/1 a 8/1 aproximadamente en el caso de polietileno de alta densidad. 5. Tubo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la capa de polímero orientado está dispueta a 0,0254-0,0281 mm aproximadamente de dicha segunda superficie exterior. 6. Tubo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la segunda capa térmicamente sellable se encuentra uniaxialmente orientada. 7. Tubo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la segunda capa térmicamente sellable se encuentra sellada térmicamente a dicha primera capa térmicamente sellable. 8. Tubo distribuidor flexible.
