Abstract

Dispositivo de acoplamiento de árboles altamente elástica, que comprende un miembro intermedio elástico que transmite el par de giro entre dos partes de acoplamiento rígidas y que está dotado de discos anulares exteriores de metal en forma de una sola pieza o de varias piezas en dirección periférica, estando los discos anulares unidos entre si en forma continua o subdivida por medio de un material caucho elástico, preferiblemente vulcanizado contra ellos, tal como caucho o material sintético, caracterizado por las particularidades siguientes en los discos anulares está configurado en la zona de la superficie periférica exterior de un elemento de caucho un resalto anular axialmente saliente que sustenta una zona de borde del elemento d e caucho; los discos anulares están perfilados aproximadamente con forma de V en sección transversal en el canto periférico interior, estando redondeada la punta y estando retraída la superficie exterior de las alas con respecto a la superficie envolvente exterior del disco anular, con lo que dicha superficie de las alas forma así un rebajo periférico y en el elemento de caucho está conformado en la zona del canto periférico interior del disco anular un labio que abraza al canto y que llena el rebajo periférico, quedando enrasado con la superficie envolvente exterior.
