Abstract
Dispositivo de acoplamiento magnético, particularmente para moto-bombas centrífugas, entre dos rotores separados entre si por una pared estanco de material magnético, y presentando, para una posición angular relativa determinada, uno frente a otro, un número par de polos de imanes permanentes de polaridades opuestas , caracterizado porque los imanes permanentes del rotor del lado del motor son de naturaleza diferente a los del rotor de lado de la bomba, siendo los unos, de preferencia los del rotor del lado del motor, de un material que posea una muy fuerte inducción remanente, del órden de 10.000 Gauss o más, tal como una aleación de acero magnético conteniendo hierror, cobalto, niquel, aluminio, cobre y eventualmente titanio (Ticonal o semejante), mientras que los otros son de un material que presenta un campo coercitivo elevado de 1.500 erstedios o más , tal como un ferrito duro, concretamente un ferrito al óxido de bario (por ejemplo Ferroxdur I).
