Abstract

Portable and multifunctional improved solar shelter as parasol-dressing room and storage of belongings. The present invention relates to an improved portable sun shelter. It allows three different positions, parasol, dressing room or storage of belongings. The fixing of the various positions is obtained in a simple way thanks to the design of its structure (3) as well as the fixing systems located in it. The invention allows it to be transported comfortably and ergonomically, since the container of the invention is made up of the fabric itself (2) that provides the shade. To this, a backpack (1) is attached that allows transporting other utensils, associated with the place of use. As a consequence of the foregoing, the proposed invention provides the advantages of versatility and comfort for the user compared to other existing inventions.

Sector of the technique to which the invention refers

The present invention falls within the technical sector of the manufacture of umbrellas or parasols, dressing rooms and items for storing belongings for everyday use on the beach.

Specifically, this invention presents as a main novelty the structure used, which allows satisfying the three functions mentioned, in a simple way, providing greater comfort for the user.

State of the art

There are different types of sun shelters, changing rooms and storage for beach objects on the market. However, there is no object whose structure allows satisfying all these functions thanks to the versatility of its structure.

The structure of the product is based on the shape of a three-dimensional mandala. However, this shape has been taken to a larger scale and modified in its lower and upper parts.

The state of the art can be categorized into the following types of products:

Parasol or parasol. There are umbrellas that allow portability to the beach, as is the case with patents with publication number US5293889A, ES 2 264 317 A1, ES 2 627 569 B1, ES 2 643 859 A1. However, the product that is proposed consists of a different structure that also allows its transport, as well as the transport of other elements, thanks to the design of its packaging. Unlike the mentioned patents, the design of the rods of the presented product allows the regulation of the shade by the user.

Solar shelters or parasol-type tents. This is the case of the patent 10140074 or solar shelters such as the IWIKO shelter from Decathlon which have a more complicit anchorage system and do not allow the other positions that this product allows.

Dressing rooms or sunshade tents. This is the case of the U201530003 utility model, which, although it allows portability, does not satisfy the rest of the user's needs associated with its place of use.

Safes or cameras for valuables for the beach. This is the case of the utility model U201100829 (8) or "Beach Vault". Unlike the mentioned objects, the product that is proposed supposes a greater surface area for storing belongings and, as it is not an individual object or a complement to the umbrella , it is more difficult to be stolen by thieves. Likewise, neither object warns the user if a robbery attempt occurs.

Regarding the current state of the art, the present invention provides a series of characteristics that are not combined in any other product on the market:

• Allows ergonomic transport of it.

• Allows you to transport other items associated with the beach in the same container.

• It satisfies three needs by using a single structure: parasol, dressing room and storage of belongings.

• Alerts the user if there is an attempt to remove their belongings.

• The structure allows it to be easily repositioned, since only the fixing systems have to be pressed.

• The upper rods allow the regulation of the shadow by the user.

• The anchoring system only requires human strength: it requires little time from the user and does not have any complexity.

Brief explanation of the invention

The present invention refers to an improved portable solar shelter, since it allows three different positions, parasol, dressing room or storage of belongings, in a simple way, thanks to its structure. The container is made up of a backpack and the fabric that provides shade, allowing other utensils to be transported, ergonomically, associated with their place of use, the beach.

In short, it consists of a fabric, a backpack and an adaptable and versatile structure, thanks to the positioning or fixing systems it includes. As a complement to the product, a submersible bracelet is included that will vibrate if an attempted robbery is detected while the user is enjoying the beach.

This product has the main advantage that it allows satisfying three different needs in a user-friendly way.

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention has for its object a system that allows great adaptability to the user's needs by means of which it is possible to protect itself from the sun, to be able to change on the beach without being seen and to store its belongings without worrying about whether are stolen.

The design presented is made up of three differentiated fundamental parts, the packaging of the design itself consists of a backpack (1), with which you can transport the set, as well as store other utensils associated with its place of use. Likewise, the rest of the product packaging is generated with the fabric itself (2) that serves to shelter from the sun. On the other hand, we have the structure (3) of the solar shelter which is detailed below:

The structure is mainly made up of six essential parts, starting at the top we have the rods (4). At the end they consist of a hook-shaped termination that allows the eyelets of the fabric to adjust to the structure so that the fabric is fixed. In addition, these rods articulate with the upper lateral arches right in their central part.

The lateral semicircles are arranged through two base rings (5). These semicircles have as their main function to serve as a joint and articulation to the lateral rings. The structure consists of 21 rings of these characteristics (9), so that each of the top 3 rows is made up of 7 lateral semicircles. It should be noted that each lateral semicircle will be arranged so that the structure is intertwined. This is achieved so that the initial end of the semicircle is located below the preceding semicircle, and the final end of the semicircle is positioned above the following semicircle. Thanks to this, we ensure that we have a stable structure that only deforms in the z-axis direction.

In the central part, we have the connecting elements (6) that serve both to unite and to articulate the lateral semicircles. The initial end of the semicircle located in the middle (second row of rings), must go opposite to the end of the semicircle of row 1. This means that, if the beginning of the semicircle is located at the rear of the preceding, the ring in row 2 will be located in front of the preceding semicircle.

Each semicircle must have a stop (8) in the central part that it establishes with the base ring (5), so as to prevent the movement of the lateral rings (9) with which it is intertwined. If we look up, we will see that the connecting elements mentioned above are located in a straight line with the stops.

Both the anchoring triangles (7) and the upper side rings are located inside each opposite side ring if the curve described by the base ring is followed. As with the side rings, a stop will be located right in the middle of the base ring.

Finally, we must mention the fabric that will provide us with the shade. This fabric will fit at the ends of the rods, as mentioned above, thanks to the seven grommets of which it consists at its ends.

In addition, the fabric (2) will consist of seven grips at the heights of the main planes, respectively. In this way, we will have a correct fixation of the fabric to the structure. Likewise, we can change the height of the fabric in the central area by fixing the grips to the area of the structure that we want. To form the product container (Fig. 3) the fabric is attached to the backpack by means of a zipper and hooks to the structure using the aforementioned grips.

Product operation mode

If we vary the height on the z axis of the plans detailed in Figure 2, the structure takes 5 different shapes:

1. Container. Transport. Folded structure. (Fig. 3, Fig. 4)

2. Structure unfolded in the shape of a flower. It allows the user to be placed inside the structure if he wants to change or to deposit his belongings inside if he wants to protect them. (Fig. 5)

3. Collected flower-shaped structure. It allows to save the user's belongings. (Fig. 6)

4. Vertical structure. It serves as a dressing room. (Fig. 7)

5. Structure in the form of a vertical flower of greater or lesser height. Parasol function. (Fig. 8, Fig. 9).

Next, we proceed to explain the use of each of the spaces available:

We start from the folded structure (Fig. 4) as it is being transported in the container (Fig. 3). In this way, we can take advantage of the space in the central area to place the elements that usually accompany us when we go to the beach in our backpack.

After pressing the fixing systems (10), the structure will unfold in the shape of a flower (Fig. 5), so that the anchors will be located perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the ground. Next, we will proceed to anchor the lower triangles, introducing them into the sand. In this way, we will have the structure in the shape of a flower.

Once the structure is fixed, the user will position himself in the inner circle and can raise it by tightening the fixing systems located in the various joints of the structure. Thanks to the fabric, it is prevented from being seen. In this way, the user can change in the dressing room (Fig. 10).

Once the swimsuit is put on, the user lowers the structure so that it will be arranged in the shape of a flower (Fig. 5). It will come out of the interior of the structure and place it in a parasol function (Fig. 8, Fig. 11, Fig. 12). The upper semicircles will be fixed in the desired position, thanks to the two fixing systems arranged in the joints of two opposite semicircles.

In this way, placing the fabric on top will have a large space for shade. Since the rods are independent of each other, they can be adjusted at the most appropriate angle to obtain the best possible shadow. Having an adjustable shade.

Finally, if the user wants to take better advantage of the space and give more stability to the structure, it will have the shape of an hourglass. With the hourglass shape, we have a better resistance to the wind, so the structure will better withstand this meteorological agent. (Fig. 9.)

Lastly, if the user wants to leave their belongings in a safe place and go for a walk, they can leave the collected structure in the shape of a flower (Fig. 6). By means of the fixing system and the pressure sensors, the user will receive a signal in vibration mode to the submersible bracelet if an attempted robbery occurs.

Claims (3)

1. Portable and multifunctional improved solar shelter as parasol-dressing room and keeper of belongings characterized in that it comprises: - A backpack (1), - A fabric (2) that serves to cover the structure and that will be attached to the backpack by means of a zipper to house personal items. A structure (3) on which the fabric will be positioned. The structure is made up of: • Rods in the upper area (4) which consist at the upper end of a hook-shaped termination in which the fabric will be introduced through the buttonholes of which it consists. Likewise, at the lower end it consists of a drill into which the upper base ring with which it articulates is introduced. • base rings (5), consists of two rings that consist of a tube with a circular shape where they articulate the rest of the elements. • lateral semicircles (9), tubular semicircles that consist of a hole at the end into which the base rings enter in order for the articulation to occur. They are placed intertwined so that one side protrudes and the other is supported by the adjacent lateral semicircle. In this way the solidity of the structure is achieved. • anchor triangles (7), the lower area of the structure is arranged, its triangular shape allows the structure to be attached to the sand. At its ends the lower base ring is inserted. Articulation between the two is not allowed. • connecting elements (6), female parts that represent the articulation of the semicircles in the middle of the structure. • stops (8), are located on the base rings and prevent the lateral semicircles from interlocking with each other when modifying the position of the structure. • Positioning or fixing systems (Fig. 13.), four positioning systems are included. Two of these systems will be positioned in the articulation of the lateral semicircles (9) of the upper part with the upper base ring (5). The rest of the positioning systems will be included in two of the connecting elements (6). 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the backpack (1) comprises straps that facilitate the transport of the invention. 3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning or fixing system (10) that allows the structure (3) to adopt different positions in a fixed manner, comprises a female part (C) inside which a spring (B) is arranged ) that presses the male part (A) against the joint, fixing it by tightening or releasing it by pressing on said male part (A), and retracting the spring (B).
