Abstract

Wing of a window or a door having detachably fitted false glazing bars (2, 3) consisting of preferably metal-reinforced plastics hollow-section bars which bear with their ends against a transverse surface (11) disposed on the wing frame (1) or on another glazing bar and are adjacent, with their under side, to a pane of glass (6) or the like mounted in the wing frame, while a detent device (10) is inserted in at least one of the ends of at least one glazing bar, in its longitudinal direction, opposite which detent device a counter formation which can be brought into locking engagement with the detent device to secure the glazing bar is disposed on the associated transverse surface, characterised in that, - the counter formation is a pin (4) which is inserted in the transverse surface (11), projects beyond this and extends in the longitudinal direction of the glazing bar (2, 3) and extends into its hollow section, - the detent device (10) is a detent clip consisting of two resilient clamping jaws (14), which is open towards the under side and engages over the pin (4) from above, and - the under side of the glazing bar (2, 3) comprises a recess (13) on the detent device (10) for the passage of the pin (4).
